What we collect
- Order details: name, address, email, phone and order contents (via our Shopify checkout).
- Payment status — payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see full card or bank details.
- Messages you send via the contact or bulk enquiry form.
- Account email and, when signed in, your saved Studio designs and uploaded images are stored privately to provide your account library. Guest designs stay in your browser. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing.
Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders (contract), meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), answer your questions (legitimate interest) and, only with your consent, send marketing emails.
Quote requests and marketing permission
Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to promotional emails. The separate marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. We record your choice, the wording and version you saw, the submission source and the time of your request. Choosing marketing emails creates a pending permission record, not an active subscription. Marketing begins only after a separate double opt-in verification when our marketing service is enabled. You can unsubscribe through the links in those emails; unsubscribed or suppressed contacts are excluded from automation. Quote confirmations and replies to your request remain separate from marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to serve you: Shopify (shop and checkout), payment providers, shipping carriers and our hosting provider. Where data leaves the EU, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for 7 years (Dutch tax law). Enquiries for up to 2 years. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.
Studio account data is kept until you delete the saved items or request account deletion by emailing info@tableabri.com.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing info@tableabri.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website and checkout use encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access to data is restricted.
