2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between Table Abri and the customer, both consumers and business customers. Table Abri Studio is a free design tool; using it does not create a purchase obligation.
3. Offers and prices
All prices are shown in the shop and at checkout, in euros and including VAT for consumers, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind us.
4. Ordering and payment
An agreement is formed once you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. Payments are processed securely through our Shopify checkout. Available payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card and others) are shown at checkout. We never receive or store your full payment details.
5. Delivery
We ship from the Netherlands. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See our Shipping & Returns policy for how this works. Products personalised to your specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Warranty and conformity
Products meet the agreement and the statutory warranty applies. Report defects within a reasonable time after discovering them via info@tableabri.com.
8. Business customers and quotations
For bulk orders we may provide a written quotation. Quotation terms prevail over these general terms where they differ. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and without limiting consumers' mandatory rights.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@tableabri.com; we respond within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Dutch law applies.
