Shipping
All orders ship from our stock in the Netherlands. Shipping costs and available destinations are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You receive a confirmation email, and tracking details once your order has shipped.
Business purchases
For business purchases in all countries, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect rights concerning defective or incorrect products, mandatory consumer rights, or any different terms expressly agreed in a written quotation. Available shipping destinations remain those shown at checkout.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us by email at info@tableabri.com with your order number. Then return the products within 14 days of your notification.
Return conditions
- Return products complete, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
- Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Personalised products made to your specification cannot be returned, unless defective.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the products back. Refunds use the same payment method you used, for example iDEAL.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
